At Golf Clearance, we specialise in ex‑demo, used and new stock, superseded clubs, and quality used golf equipment sourced from PGA Professionals and trusted suppliers. We stand behind the authenticity and condition of every product we sell.

Please note that most suppliers do not offer manufacturer warranty on the items we purchase, as warranties generally apply only to the original purchaser — the authorised pro shop or golf retailer we source the stock from.

We are committed to accurate product descriptions and customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and conditions that apply to all products purchased from our store.

Ex‑Demo & Used Items

All Ex‑Demo and Used items are sold as‑is and do not include any warranty.

Manufacturer warranties apply only to the original purchaser (the pro shop or golf store we buy from), and suppliers generally do not extend warranty coverage to clearance channels.

Exceptions – Current Inline Models: For certain current inline products (latest models still available in the market), Golf Clearance may request supplier assistance on your behalf. Any outcome — repair, replacement, credit, or refusal — is entirely at the discretion of the supplier or manufacturer.

Outside Warranty Range: Some clearance items may be brand new but more than two years old. These products fall outside supplier warranty periods and are sold without warranty.

By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge that:

• The product may show signs of prior use (cosmetic wear, light marks, shop‑soiling, etc.).
• The item is accepted in its current condition at the time of purchase.

New Items – Supplier Assistance

Golf Clearance does not offer warranty on new items. Manufacturer warranties generally apply only to the original authorised retailer, and as a clearance channel, we cannot provide warranty coverage ourselves.

Most of our new items are one‑off pieces sourced from authorised retailers as superseded or run‑out models. These items are placed on clearance because they are no longer part of the current inline range, and suppliers typically do not offer warranty support on clearance‑channel stock.

Outside Warranty Range: Some clearance items may be brand new but more than two years old. These products fall outside supplier warranty periods and are sold without warranty.

If a new item develops an issue, we will contact the supplier or manufacturer on your behalf and request their assistance. Any outcome — repair, replacement, credit, or refusal — is determined solely by the supplier or manufacturer.

We maintain strong relationships with all major golf equipment suppliers and will always work to achieve a positive outcome where possible.

What Is Covered

Where a supplier or manufacturer agrees to assess an item, the following issues may be covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty workmanship
• Structural integrity issues

Not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, bag wear, chips, etc.)
• Modifications or unauthorised repairs
• Damage caused by improper storage, adjustment, or maintenance

Supplier Assistance Claim Process (New Items)

If your new item develops an issue:

1. Contact our support team at info@golfclearance.com.au with:
   • Your full name
   • Order number
   • Product details
   • Description of the issue
2. Attach clear photos and/or videos showing the defect.
3. We will review your information and contact the supplier or manufacturer on your behalf.
4. The supplier will determine the outcome. Possible outcomes include:
   • Repair
   • Replacement
   • Credit or partial credit
   • Refusal (if not deemed a manufacturing‑related issue)

The final decision rests entirely with the supplier or manufacturer.

Assessment Timeframes

Assessment and processing times vary by brand and supplier. Some manufacturer assessments may take several weeks depending on workload, factory queues, or parts availability.
