Buying a club online means you can't hit it first. So we let you hit it after.

Every used, ex-demo and clearance item on Golf Clearance comes with our 14 Days, 14 Hits Guarantee. Take it to the range, give it up to 14 hits, and if it's not for you, send it back for full store credit.

How it works

1. Get your club. Your 14 days start on the day it's delivered, not the day you ordered.
2. Give it up to 14 hits. Range or course, that's enough to know if the shaft suits your swing or the wedge sits right at address.
3. Not for you? Email info@golfclearance.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you the return address.
4. Send it back at your cost, with everything it came with (headcover, wrench and so on).
5. Get store credit for the price you paid for the item, ready to use on anything on the site.

What's covered

Used, ex-demo, display and clearance items. Brand new items aren't covered, because once a new club has been hit it isn't new any more.

The fine print

• 14 days runs from the delivery date shown on your tracking.
• The club must come back in the same condition it arrived in, apart from normal marks from a fair trial. Any major change in condition (dents, scratches, damage, regripping, reshafting or other alterations) means it can't be accepted.
• You pay the return postage. Original shipping isn't credited.
• Credit is issued as store credit, not a refund to your card.
• Faulty or not as described? That's different. Contact us and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply as normal. This guarantee sits on top of those rights, it doesn't replace them.
