Returns & Warranty Policy

Golf Clearance specialises in ex-demo, clearance, and used golf equipment. Most items are one-off and sold at reduced clearance prices.

All products are sold on an “as is” basis.

Returns

  • No returns for change of mind.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or defective and the issue was not disclosed in the product listing.
  • General wear, cosmetic marks, or signs of use do not qualify as faults.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any included components (e.g. headcover) must be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Process

All return requests must be approved prior to sending any item back.

Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Outcome

If a return is approved, Golf Clearance may, at its discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund
  • Offer a replacement (if available)
  • Arrange a repair

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Warranty

All items sold by Golf Clearance are supplied without manufacturer warranty.

Golf Clearance sources products from pro shops, retailers, and industry partners. Manufacturer warranties on new products are typically only valid for the original purchaser through authorised retail channels and are not transferable to clearance or secondary-market sales.

This applies even where items are brand new. Products that are out-of-line, superseded, or clearance stock are generally not eligible for manufacturer warranty, regardless of condition.

As such, Golf Clearance does not provide any warranty on any products sold, including new, ex-demo, and used items.

In some cases, we may assist in submitting a claim to the original supplier as a courtesy; however, any outcome is entirely at the supplier’s discretion.

By purchasing from Golf Clearance, you acknowledge and accept that all goods are sold on an “as is” basis without warranty.
